HOW ARE MY ITEMS SHIPPED AND HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
Your order of custom auto parts will typically be on its way to you within 24-hours excluding weekends and holidays. In the unlikely event that our warehouses have run out of a particular item we will notify you of an approximate ship date. At that time if you wish we can issue you a full refund on that item. Please allow 3-5 business days to receive the credit back onto your credit card.
Orders will be shipped UPS ground or FedEx ground. If an item is too large to ship through regular shipping channels, additional freight charges will apply.
Currently Make It Custom LLC only ships orders within the United States. If you are an international customer and have a freight forwarder we will be happy to work with them.
Please note that If you ordered multiple items they may not arrive at your home all on the same day. We have multiple warehouses throughout the United States and they may not have all of your items in stock at one specific location.

If the order is being shipped to Illinois you will have to pay a tax rate of 7.25%

HOW DO I CANCEL AN ORDER?
In the event that you wish to cancel your aftermarket performance auto parts order, go to our Contact Us page and send us a message. If your order has been shipped before cancellation, a 25% restocking fee will apply and your shipping charges will not be refunded.

WHAT ABOUT TYPOGRAPHICAL AND PRICING ERRORS?
Errors can and will happen despite of our best efforts to prevent them. Prices are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for pricing errors and reserve the right to cancel any order that has been affected by such an error. If something doesn’t seem to be correct chances are its not. Please go to our Contact us page and send us a message about what you are in question about.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
A return material authorization number (RMA#) is required to return merchandise and a 25% restocking fee will apply to any custom auto parts order returned, or refused. If the item is defective or missing parts, please notify us immediately so we can take corrective action. Any item being returned must be in new condition include all packaging and instructions. Once your return has been received and processed you will receive a credit to your credit card in 3-5 business days.
No returns after 15 days from date of order for electronic components.
No returns after 30 days from date of order for non-electronic components.

WHAT IF I HAVE DEFECTIVE PARTS?
When a faulty part is received you must notify us immediately. You have two options when it comes to resolving this problem. You can send the damaged or faulty part back to us. Depending on the part and the manufacture it may need to be sent to the manufacture for review. After they determine that the part is faulty they will ship out the replacement product. Please note that this can take an extended amount of time.
Your second option would be to allow us to charge you and send you the replacement item immediately. You will still need to send the faulty part back to us. After it is determined that the part was faulty you will receive a full refund for the replacement we sent to you. The reason for billing you for the 2nd item is to protect Make It Custom LLC from becoming a victim of fraud.

IIS THERE A WARRANTY?
Most custom auto parts products are warranted against manufacturer defects for 90 days unless otherwise specified. The manufactures warranty is void if an item is modified, altered, misused abused, or installed improperly. Make It Custom LLC is not liable for your actions and can not be held responsible for the denial of a manufactures warranty.

Have you ever purchased something from a store and had it go on sale the following week? We have all been there before. If you make a purchase from Make It Custom LLC and we put that item on sale within 30 days of your original purchase date we will refund you the difference.
